The Grand Jury o f Brazos County, State o f Texas, duly organized at the July Term, 2016, o f the 361st District Court
o f said County, in said Court, at said term, do present that in the County o f Brazos and State o f Texas one

hereinafter referred to as the Defendant, heretofore on or about November 06, 2015, did
then and there knowingly possess, with intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely, cocaine, in an amount of
four grams or more but less than two hundred grams,
COUNT TWO: and it is further presented in and to said Court, that the said SARAH FURAY, in the County of
Brazos and State o f Texas on or about the 6th day o f November, 2015 did
then and there knowingly possess, with intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely, methamphetamine, in an
amount o f four grams or more but less than two hundred grams,
COUNT THREE: and it is further presented in and to said Court, that the said SARAH FURAY, in the County of
Brazos and State o f Texas on or about the 6th day o f November, 2 0 15 did
then and there knowingly possess, with intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely, lysergic acid diethylamide
in an amount o f 20 abuse units or more but fewer than 80 abuse units,
COUNT FOUR: and it is further presented in and to said Court, that the said SARAH FURAY, in the County of
Brazos and State of Texas on or about the 6th day of November, 2015 did
then and there intentionally or knowingly possess a usable quantity of marijuana in an amount o f Five pounds or less
but more than four ounces,
