1. Investor puts in capital for the investment.
2. The funds are being used for the
project or business development.

3. After development, promised returns are then

issued out to the investor as passive income.

Step by Step Process

f) Investors sign the agreement thru
online and/or offline process legally.
g) Fund Release to the Founder/
Developer to be used for the project
and grow the investment.

b) Investors commits funding amount for
proposed projects to Upbuilds.com
c) Investors deposit/send the investment
amount to Coops BDO account in the
Philippines and provide receipt copy to
Upbuilds.com.
d) Partner Coop holds and administer the
funds during the crowdfunding period.

MnPCoop
h) Reports and updates send to
Upbuilds.com for information to be given
to all investors for transparency.
i) Third party accountant review the
accounts for annual profit and margins.
j) Founder/Developer transfer Profit Shares
to Investors bank account and updates
Upbuilds.com for records.
