In Self Evaluation Section please provide specific & precise information on your achievements & learnings

Please fill in your KRAs based on 4 parameters : Financial,Customer,Internal Processes, Learning & Growth

KRA Assessment carries 60% weightage; Competency Assessment carries 25% weightage and assessment on
values carries 15% weightage
