Position Summary
The AXA Global Graduate Program is a 2 to 2 and a half
year program supporting top talent to gain the skills and
competencies necessary to successfully accelerate their
careers and fulfill their potential. It is a structured program
that offers challenging job opportunities, exposure to an
international environment and to senior management all
whilst being on a permanent AXA contract.
On the AXA Global Graduate Program 2016, AXA China
Region Insurance Company Limited is seeking
Management Trainee Human Resources to join the
Human Resources team. This individual will have strong
inter-personal skills allowing him / her to evolve in a highly
exposed and international environment. After 12 months in
this position you will have an opportunity to work for a
period of 12 months in an AXA business overseas.

The mission of Human Resources Division is to build the
organization capabilities of the business we support. It is
accomplished in partnership with our business leaders
and workforce, in alignment with business objectives.

Position requirements

Your responsibilities

The Management Trainee will work in the assigned


function comprising job attachment, project
assignment and on-the-job training, with an objective
to offer an exciting career development to young
talents who have strong desire to learn and grow in
leading insurance space;

Professional and technical skills


-

Gain customer experience by involving in day-to-day


operations and activities;

Learn the technical functions, operations,


management viewpoints and company policies and
practices under the business model of AXA;

Work in different HR functions (including


Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management,
Communications, Business Partnership and Talent
Acquisition) on delivery of projects and work with
business customers to address issues with solutions;

Provide professional HR support services and


participate in ad-hoc activities & projects;

Assist the deployment of HR initiatives to meet


stakeholder requirements.

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources


Management, obtained in 2015 or 2016;
Relevant work experience is preferred;
Analytical skills / Ability to evolve in a complex and
diverse technical environment;
Motivated by an international and dynamic
environment and willing to relocate after 12 months
(note: international mobility will be based on motivation
and individual performance);
Excellent command of verbal and written English,
preferably with Chinese language.
