Objectives:
All To be able to achieve a time under 25 seconds on the zigzag run, and to know the 3 phases of a
warm-up
Most To be able to achieve a time under 20 seconds on the Illinois agility run, and to know the 3 phases
of a warm-up
Some to be able to achieve the above, and lead a drill to develop agility
Starter: To set objectives of lesson. Warm-up; Teacher led Dynamic Flex. In groups pupil led static stretch
