The Advanced Leadership Rakesh Khurana Harvard Business School program is designed to prepare experienced leaders to transition from their previous work in the private and public sectors to take on new challenges in Charles J. Ogletree Harvard Law School the social sector where they potentially can make a significant societal impact. The program seeks to enhance and leverage the skills of already-accomplished Fernando M. Reimers Harvard Graduate School leaders for maximum impact on significant social problems, including those of Education that affect health and welfare, children, and the environment. Peter Brown Zimmerman Harvard Kennedy School The Think Tank – our name for an innovative solution-finding workshop – is a centerpiece of the Advanced Leadership Initiative, founded in 2009 by Executive Committee Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter of the Harvard Business School. It serves to Donald Berwick Harvard Medical School enable experienced leaders to fill leadership gaps to support institutions that Harvard School of Public promote health, education, welfare and the environment. Along with faculty Health from five professional schools at Harvard, I serve as a co-chair of this David Bloom program. We are bringing together an extraordinary group of experts in the of Education field, and our hope is to generate a lively discussion among panelists and the Robert H. Mnookin ALI Fellows. We believe that by considering the challenges of health Harvard Law School policies and services in the context of both industrialized and developing Nitin Nohria countries we may better be able to find new ways of achieving the goals of Harvard Business School health security, health care quality and health equity for people everywhere.
