Axeptar is a company database system.

Log In Page

Type the username and password correctly.

Home Page

Company Registry

View Company Profile

1. Select COMPANY tab to view the records.

2. To view other records on the other pages, click the number/pages

below or the next/previous buttons.

Add Company Profile

1. Click “NEW” button at the COMPANY Page.

 2. Enter all necessary company information correctly. Primary and
secondary contacts are optional.

3. Click “SAVE” button if done.

Edit Company Profile

1. At the end of every record in a row, click “EDIT” button.

2. Edit necessary company information properly.

 3. Click “UPDATE” button after all the changes are done.

Delete Company Profile

1. Select a record and check the checkbox located at the left side of the
row. You may select more than one record to be deleted or select all
the records to be deleted.

 2. Click “DELETE” button. Before the record is totally deleted, a prompt
pops out first telling, “Are you sure you want to delete the select
record(s)?” If you really want to delete the selected record(s), click
“OK”, if not click “Cancel”.

Search Company Profile

1. Type the Company Name you want to search. Then, click “GO”.

2. If the record you want to search is found, the record will display.

Account Manager

View User Account

1. Select ACCOUNT MANAGER tab to view the record(s) of the user(s).

2. To view other records on the other pages, click the numbers below or
the next/previous buttons.

Add User Account

1. In the ACCOUNT MANAGER page, click the “NEW” button.

2. Enter all users’ information correctly.

3. After filling out the user’s form, click the “SAVE” button.

Edit User Account

1. At the ACCOUNT MANAGER page, click “EDIT” button located at the

end of the row every user’s account.

 2. Edit the necessary information.

3. Click “UPDATE” button.

Delete User Account

1. Select a record and check the checkbox located at the left side of the
row. You may select more than one record to be deleted or select all
the records to be deleted.

2. Click “DELETE” button. Before the record is totally deleted, a prompt

pops out first telling, “Are you sure you want to delete the select
record(s)?” If you really want to delete the selected record(s), click
“Yes”, if not click “No”.
