control is exercised, it takes a national dimension and becomes a cause for major concern. The
author in this paper presented two scenario the first scenario talked about a wealthy businessmen
who is been accused of a crime bribes the judiciary to get fair trial. The second scenario had
a individual who bribes the local authorities to get a building permit. The first scenario depicts
a scene where the accuser encourages the decision maker to use his/her self-interest to acquire
happiness in form of security to him. While in the second scenario the notion of duty overlap
with self-interest. The evidence of the study shows that the bribery continues to characterize and
dominate the world of business , depending on who the culture accepts the practice of offering
and inviting bribes. And also if a control system is not there that it tends to encourages
corruption. The study shows that in many contexts, acts of corruption are accepted and justified
either on the basis of the gains they bring to the individual who offered the bribe or undertake to
