In re: VICTORIA SAPON-ORDONEZ

MOTION
ON BEHALF OF RESPONDENT: Edward W. Farrell, Esquire
ON BEHALF OF DHS: Brandon Josephsen
Deputy Chief Counsel
The respondent and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have filed a joint motion to
reopen and administratively close these proceedings, while the respondent pursues a provisional
unlawful presence waiver (Form I-601A) with the DHS. The motion to reopen the proceedings

will take no further action in the case unless a request is received from one of the parties. The
request must be submitted directly to the Board of Immigration Appeals Clerk's Office, without
fee, but with certification of service on the opposing party.
Accordingly, the following orders will be entered.
ORDER: The joint motion to reopen is granted.
