Why students should go to class?

Many young people see going to class as a chore and only go because they
absolutely have to, while some will even class because they see it as boring and
unnecessary. However, going to class is incredibly important for your career, future
education you may wish to pursue, and social and communication.
If students are attending class, lecturers and classes supplement reading
assignments. Class gives student another perspective on the material besides just the
textbook. Even if students think they already understand the material well, classes
always adds something new. The instructor may go over examples or applications that
students haven't seen before, concepts in class may be presented in a different way
than in the text, and student questions and discussion may elaborate on the material or
provide new insights.
Moreover, classes give students more interaction with the professor and other
students in the class. Attending and participating in class shows the professor that they
are a serious student who is taking responsibility for their education and making an
effort to learn. This increases their interaction with faculty members, and raises the
likelihood of finding mentors and role models who can help guide you in their
academic, career, and personal development. In addition, class time is a chance to
meet and interact with other students in class. This can help students to form study
groups or meet other students in their major.
Besides, there is one reason that students do not attend class is because of the
ways of the lecture teaching during the class. The way of leaning for a student is
important but the ways of a lecture teaches in class is the most important because it
may influences the interest of a student to come the class for learning something new.
Some of the lectures may just follow the slide or just read through all the notes in the

slide will lead students cannot understand what the lecture want to talk about.
Furthermore, lectures do not speak loudly and clearly during class which cause a big
problem for students with hearing problems. Speaking in a monotone will create a
boring atmosphere during class session, this cause student unable to focus or attract to
the discussed topic and become sleepy or fall in sleep during class.
Finally we can conclude that class is the important place where we can learn a
great deal of significant of life skills such as soft skills which can learn from friends
or from the others. From the communicating and empathizing with people of both
genders and different ages, to listen for instruction and follow orders, and also
developing leadership skills. Class also can provide an interaction between the
students and lectures or professor for education purpose such as solving problems,
discussion or exchange opinion between students or lectures.
