Monitoring and visual Inspection of welding activities at Shop & Field as per approved QCP/ITP & WPS.
Checking welding variable parameters incompliance with approved WPS
Monitoring welding consumables control
Material receiving inspection and heat numbers traceability.
Monitor of all NDT & PWHT requirements
Review of PWHT charts & NDT reports.
Witnessing of Welder Qualification Testing
Monitoring Welder performance.
Hydro tests and Pneumatic tests - witnessing
Co-ordinate with client, 3rd party inspection representatives regarding daily inspection activities.
Documentation:- Handling documents in different stage of approval between Sub-contractor/Contractor / Client. (PQP, QMP, PP, QCP,
ITP, WPS, MS etc).
Preparing NCR & DR trend reports (weekly & monthly)
Attending QA/QC weekly Minutes of Meeting with Client and Sub-contractors
Weld visual Inspection and follow-up NDE requirements
Review of documents/MTC pertaining to raw materials, components, verification of bill of materials, Welding inspection as per drawing
requirements and dimensional inspection of fabricated components. Fit up inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, condensers
and other fabricated items.
Visual welding inspection, welders control during welding, welding process control like filler materials, shielding gas, pre-heat, inter pass
temperature etc.,
Final Document review
Checking all documentation for final submission of Package to Client.
Generating all type of required Reports
Incoming material inspection
Inspection of marking with cutting layout drawings
Fit-up and weld visual inspection
Qualification of Welders as per ASME Sec. IX and AWS D1.1
Monitoring of various welding process like GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW & SMAW
Review / Witness / Carrying Out examination and testing at all stages of production.
Supervision of raw materials/welding inspection/Destructive testing and Non Destructive testing.
