9. GNATT CHART

A Gantt chart is a visual representation of a project schedule. We develop a Gantt chart for
completion avoid confusion, understand the task relationships, and get a handle on the future. For
example, we start with develop strategy plan started on 1 March 2017. On develop strategy plan
we do some things like define the business opportunity, research the market and competition and
identify resources needed which takes 25 days to set up a strategy of this plan. After that we do
develop business plan" beginning on 22 March 2016.
