Upon annulment of the marriage, the property shall be divided in two.

Half of the
property goes to husband and the other half goes to the wife as govern by the family
code art. 54. If the property will not be liquidated, the next marriage shall be null and
void. It shall be cover by absolute community properties. After compliance of the
requirement, the annulled spouse can marry again. The children of x-couple shall remain
legitimate of both parties. Therefore in case of death of either party they shall be a
compulsory heirs of the mother and father.
As the husband entered into a new marriage, new absolute community of property
shall be created. The property from his previous marriage shall be an exclusive property.
And the child they legally adopted shall be their legitimate child. After the death of the
2nd wife, the estate shall include absolute property of the husband and deceased wife
but shall deduct it again from the estate to arrive at the taxable net estate which give
exemption if the net estate is less than 200,000.00. The exclusive property shall not be
included. The net estate shall be divided by the successor, half will go to the legally
adopted child and the other half to the surviving spouse.
After the surviving spouse contract into his 3rd marriage, absolute property shall
govern. The child which his wife give birth shall be a legitimate child. The property
accumulated from the two previous marriages shall be an exclusive property. After his
death, the net estate which include his exclusive property and his share from the
absolute community property of the third wife will be divided by 7. It shall be composed
of the surviving spouse, their legitimate child, their legally adopted child from his 2nd
marriage and the four children from his annulled marriage. Because it is not made with a
will therefore it is intestate. The sharing would be equally among the legitimate and
legally adopted children and the spouse share would be equal to the share of one
legitimate child.

Art. 48. In all cases of annulment or declaration of absolute nullity of marriage,the court
shall order the prosecuting attorney or fiscal assigned to it to appear on behalf of the
State to take steps to prevent collusion between the parties and to take care that
evidence is not fabricated or suppressed.
The final judgment in such cases shall provide for the liquidation, partition and
distribution of the properties of the spouses, the custody and support of the common
children, and the delivery of their presumptive legitimes, unless such matters had been
adjudicated in previous judicial proceedings.

Liabilities Art. 102. Upon dissolution of the absolute community regime, the following
procedure shall apply:(1) An inventory shall be prepared, listing separately all the
properties of the absolute community and the exclusive properties of each spouse.(2) The
debts and obligations of the absolute community shall be paid out of its assets. In case of
insufficiency of said assets, the spouses shall be solidarily liable for the unpaid balance
with their separate properties in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph
of Article 94.(3) Whatever remains of the exclusive properties of the spouses shall
thereafter be delivered to each of them.(4) The net remainder of the properties of the
absolute community shall constitute its net assets, which shall be divided equally
between husband and wife,unless a different proportion or division was agreed upon in
the marriage settlements, or unless there has been a voluntary waiver of such share as
provided in this Code. For purposes of computing the net profits subject to forfeiture in
accordance with Articles 43, No. (2) and 63, No. (2), the said profits shall be the increase
in value between the market value of the community property at the time of the
celebration of the marriage and the market value at the time of its dissolution.(5) The
presumptive legitimes of the common children shall be delivered upon partition, in
accordance with
Article 51.
