Anamnesis

A mother brought her 10 days old boy to the outpatient clinic because She noticed that both
of her boyss foot looks excessively turned inward since he was born. There is no abnormality
at other part of his body. She had normal delivery with normal weight birth. She never
suffered from any kind of ilness and never got any medical prescriptions during pregnancy.
She has alredy brought him to a traditional bone setter but there was no improvement.
Physical Examination
General examination within normal limit
Extremity examination : at foot region there are abnormalities : 1. Equinus foot, 2. Varus of
the foot
Klarifikasi istilah
Excessively turned inward

: Clubfoot ; deformitas kaki yang bengkok sehingga kaki tidak

bisa menapak di lantai. Typical pada polio.

Equinus foot

: Kondisi dimana gerakan melengkung ke atas oleh sendi

engkel terbatas.

Varus of the foot

: Kaki melengkung ke dalam mendekati garis tengah badan.
