NARATIVE REPORT
Student-led School Watching and Hazard Mapping
August 8, 2016
Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 315, s. 2016, our school has
organized a school watching team comprising of 22 student-members from
different level and organization of the school. The undersigned was
designated by the principal to be the moderator of the said team to facilitate
a student-led school watching and hazard mapping activity. The organization
and preparation of the team was made possible last August 2, 2016, Tuesday.
August 3, 2016, after organizing committees, the School Watching
Team has conducted a so-called Student-led School Watching and Hazard
Mapping Activity wherein members of the team will roam around the campus
to observe classroom buildings and areas to identify hazardous stuff using
the School Watching Checklist.
Attached in this report is the consolidated result of the conducted
survey.
