CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

This Contract of Employment entered into this ____ day of March, 2005
by and between:
Sps. NORBERTO A. ESTRADA and SHERYL S. ESTRADA, of legal
ages, Filipino and residents of Blk. 12, Lot 35, St. Rose Ave., St. Jude Village,
City of San Fernando, Pampanga, collectively referred to herein as Employers,
- and CRISTY M. MARCOS, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Blk.
12, Lot 35, St. Rose Ave., St. Jude Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
hereinafter referred to as Employee,
WITNESSETH that:
Employee is an experienced childminder and domestic/household helper,
having been in the service of the Employers as such for about eighteen (18)
months now;
Employers have engaged her services since September of 2003 until the
present, for a fee, and Employee agrees to formalize her contract of employment
as such childminder and domestic/household helper;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to enter into a Contract of
Employment, with the following terms and conditions:
1. Wages and Overtime:
1.1 For the childminding and domestic/household services consisting of
eight (8) hours a day (flexible time) that the Employee will render to the
Employers, the Employee will be given compensation, which shall not
be below the basic minimum wage provided for by Philippine Labor
Laws, and which the parties agree to be set at P 239.50/day or P
7,185.00/month.
1.2 Should Employee be required to work in London, U.K., Employer
undertakes to comply with the Minimum Wage or prevailing wage for
an eight-hour day, whichever is greater, set by U.K. labor laws during
the time that Employees services are so engaged.
1.3 Further, for work rendered in excess of eight (8) hours a day,
Employee shall be given an overtime pay of 1.5 times the hourly rate,
as provided for under Philippine Labor Laws.
2. Obligations of the Employee:
2.1 Employee obligates herself to render the best household service to
Employers, which service shall include but not be limited to
childminding, maintaining the dwelling place, washing dishes, and
attending to some domestic and personal concerns of the Employers.
2.2 Employee undertakes not to accept any other employment while in the
employ of the Employers.
2.3 The Employee likewise commits that should she accompany the
Employers in their sojourn abroad, she will not abandon her
Employers.

3. Obligations of the Employers
3.1 Employers obligate themselves to provide Employee with the following
benefits:
3.3.1 free room and board;
3.3.2 round trip airfare (in case of travel abroad);
3.3.3 such other benefits given to household helpers under
Philippine Labor Laws, including, but not limited to, overtime
and social security.
3.2 Furthermore, Employers commit not withhold the passport of the
Employee for any reason whatsoever, in case the Employee accompanies
the Employers abroad.
4. Termination of Employment
Should the Employers, after proper evaluation, be dissatisfied with the
services rendered by Employee, they shall give Employee at least two weeks
notice of their intent to terminate the employment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
15th day of March 2005 at the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
