1. What diagnostic assessment has taken place this semester?

the diagnostic assessment that we done this semester computer program


that we have download in iPad its called to build profile . It has over
learning objects for early years foundation stage portfolio. that is
assessment doing this semester.

2- When did this occur?


we do all the time every single day.
3- What types of assessments were conducted? (written, oral, practical,
etc.)
The topic assessment that we conducted manly retina assessment, oral
assessment some practuiam assessment and with little one because
they dont do think like worksheet is not allow for FS1 so we take photos
what child do in this photos and what is next step.

4- Who developed these assessments?


We develop by a people office in the academy RAK.
5- Who conducted the assessments? (classroom teacher, Arabic teacher,
classroom assistant, etc.)

Myself I do and what we do next step for every child so I am going to involved
my teaching assessment , Arabic teacher , music teacher, Essra, FS1 teacher
and also you Maryam you help us this 3 week with conducts assessment
next step.

6- Were the assessments completed by students individually?


They can completed they just only 4 year old so I did the assessment with
them so I completed but they will be a partner of course they need a
support.

7- What information did you hope to get from the assessments?

The information to see what has a child must in the short time that can do
in my class. what they found to challenge, what I will do next to extend
them and if a child to much about I mean (yes I can that this is easy I can
do this ) that is nice to do. The child should learning, I need to establish
which child to be starch . they should now think by himself I not will give
them the answer they need to think the answer and think creative that is
the children start learning.
8- What decisions did you make based on the assessments?
That me and my team work with some children but focus in the individual
because some children have a low ability and big child in the class have a
middle an ability and small group has a smart ability we need look at how
can improve his ability but in the different way.
9- How did you group your students? (same/different academic levels,
friendship groups, similar interests, etc.)
I say this before higher and middle and low ability its difficult for the child
because it just 4 years. Also some student came to school they dont the
English language and cant speak English but that not mean a low ability
they now every think but they dont have a confident to speak in English I
am cant speak in Arabic is very well so I dont understand in my class I
use the interpreter Essra a lot in the class. Maybe some student shy to
answer a wrong way so they not confident by himself..
10-Do the groups change for different learning subjects/topics?

yes for the subjects but I like to have a confident subjects in my class. I
dont have a group for math I dont have group for language for me. I
want subjects about confident in this age if they not confident and cants
say one words so they cant say a sentence they need to be mare
confidents.
11-what strategy do in the class ??

I use a different strategy in my class first I use a sing a song and


tambura . the tambura not to do in beginning easy so when I play to
tambura with sing a song for example show me your finger every one or
make a circle make a circle to take her attract. I give them a task to focus
with me.

How control the students??


Also they can clap hand and the student will copy you. its depend the
student so you should now the student , also sing a song for the student.
sometimes I stop to shout and speak a quit voice and tell her show me a
good setting and eye contact. they the best think is when tell the student
well done Rashed you well do wonderful listing and the other student
want the teacher tell her- him name.

Reflection Task 1

From this interview I learn more and I can use this


strategy in the primary school. I like the teacher see
a know the student and write what the student need
to development. when I be a teacher I will write a
what the stronger and weakness think in the student
and hoe development. Also we can do a meeting with
her parents to give something about his child. Also
the sing strategy we can do for grade 1. I saw in the
teaching practice this strategy the child when listen
the teacher sing they stop to play and see the
teacher. I will do this strategy in my class next
teaching picture but need more time to understand
the strategy. Also in the primary school dont care

about the higher, middle and low ability they do all


the worksheet and exam same other. I want to
changer and make for each ability who need to
improve.
