Any false information in the Admission Form shall render the boys candidature cancelled at any stage of
admission.

Admission form must be sent by 14 September, 2015, through registered mail / courier and addressed to:

The Admission Form downloaded from the website will be accepted only when accompanied by a Bank Draft /
Bankers Cheque / Pay Order of Rs 800/- (inland) and Rs 1,000/- (abroad) for postal charges, examination fee
and allied charges, etc. The Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque / Pay Order should be made in favour of PRINCIPAL
PAF COLLEGE, SARGODHA. Write candidates name, fathers name and city at the back of Bank Draft /
Bankers Cheque / Pay Order. Money Order / Postal Order will not be accepted.

4.

Four (04) latest passport size photographs be attached. Paste one on front and attach three with this form.
All photographs should be duly attested from backside by the Principal / Headmaster of the School / College.

5.

An attested photocopy of Form B (issued by NADRA) must be attached with the Admission Form.

6.

Fill in the Address Slips clearly and attach with the Admission Form.

7.

While filling column No 15, select the Centre for Written test examination nearest to your home town / school.
(In case it is not feasible to hold the written test at any of the Centres mentioned by the candidates, the candidates of that
centre shall be asked to appear at another centre.)

8.

Ensure that Candidates name and date of birth is entered correctly, as it CANNOT be changed.

NOTE:

Late receipt, incomplete Admission Form, the Admission Forms of those who are overage / underage and
Admission Forms unaccompanied by any of the listed above, shall not be entertained and the exam fee will NOT be
refunded.
