Work Description :
Performing CIF maintenance and updates.Data input for new and old CIFs with new deposit accounts
based on the information procured by the branches in compliance with the existing policies and
procedures on opening of account.Cleanup of existing CIFs database.Besides that,perform merging of
old and new cif created by branches.
Confirm total receive and acknowledge checklist after receive doc from sorting section.Distribute the
docs to associate.Record in daily reprt e.g. doc checklist.SBU tracking,BDE,PSSIA log and
other.Check and verify the docs based on AOF in system SNA3270.After receive docs from data
entry staff.Record the staff error in excel report.Forward cover letter to FU/QC section for incomplete
docs.
Receive incomplete docs,count total and acknowledge checklist.Verify all the docs received to
confirm genuine cases.Prepare notice to branches and logged cases in master file and obtain create
issue and send notification to branches via ASA-FUS system.Update figure forwarded to maintenance
section in daily report.Call branch to ask for receive incomplete docs.Reply email and close case in
ASA-FUS system if feedback received verify.Verify log scanning docs.

Receive images from spick centre via CRP-BI web page.Call customer to confirm cheque before
clearing cheque.Update new customer in directory,remark and do unreahable letter for any customer
not contactable.Compile the report based on mosaic report and CRP-BI.

I have worked in 2 places while waiting for my SPM result.2 months at Shakey’s Pizza and 3 months at
Reject Shop.Both places,I was holding of the position of customer service rep.
Willing to work hard and learn new things,good interpersonal relationship and a patient person.I’m also
discipline person.I prefer to work in a fairly organized environment.I’m also able to work independently or
teamwork when needed.In addition,I can able to cooperate with all people at all level.
