Established and maintain a fixed accounting system.
Prepare accurate periodic financial reports for all
stakeholders.
Continuously monitor the accounting system and make
adjustments if necessary.
Process financial transactions on a timely basis.
Follow proper procedures for the acceptance of donations
and gifts and assure that expenditures are made in accordance
with the purposes
And requests of the donors when appropriate and legal.
Maintain accounts receivable records including billing.
Submit accurate financial reports.

Minutes of the Meeting on the Organization of Committees on
Accountability Assessment
June 28, 2013

The Villareal 1 Central Elem. School held a meeting last June 28,2013.
Its agenda was the organization of the committees on Accountability
Assessment. Homeroom PTA officers and teachers were called to attend the
meeting. It started exactly at 9:00 AM with an opening program. The school
principal Dr. Rosa Cecilia O. Oronos gave an orientation on the different
committees on the accountability assessment and the implementation
guidelines for each committee .The framework for each committee
composed by a chairman, vice chairman, and 5 members. Election of the
said officers were conducted. Teachers were elected as chairman while the
rest of the officers by the stakeholders .There was an exchange of ideas
between teachers and stakeholders. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00
AM.
