In the 1990s, R&B and dance music was very popular.
Many dance crazes were started that people know and love today.
Artists like Sir Mix-a-Lot, *NSYNC, and Montell Jordan rose to stardom and were very
famous at the time. (I know *NSYNC Is a band, but Justin Timberlake was a very popular artist
short after *NSYNC.)
Instruments like drums and guitars were mainly used. Lots of autotune and FX were used.
Popular R&B artists now include Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa, and Nicki Minaj.
