io to Deliver Alexa Experiences to Enterprise

Witlingos partnership with Ring.io will enable Witlingo to deliver one of the very first B2B skills in
the market today. No more confined to the home, Alexa will soon be as much an office assistant as it
has been a good home companion.
McLean, VA, December 06, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Witlingo, a McLean, VA based startup focused on
building products and solutions for delivering highly usable Alexa skills today announced its partnership
with Ring.io, a real time communications SaaS leader that focuses on delivering great phone
conversations for inside sales and tech support teams. Ring.io customers who own an Amazon Echo, an
Echo Dot, Amazon Tap, or an Amazon Fire TV device will be able to ask Alexa for information on the
status and traffic of their customer and prospect communications. Sales executives will for instance be
able to ask Alexa questions such as, How many sales calls did we get today, Who booked the most
appointments today?, How many calls did Jason make?, How many calls went to voicemail? or
Who missed the most calls today?

Alexa and other voice interfaces are an intriguing form of interaction and represent a new channel for
discovering new data insights for our customers, just like the smartphone did a decade ago. I'm convinced

The Alexa skill that Witlingo is building in partnership with Ring.io will provide Sales and Marketing
executives and managers with the ability to make the most of Ring.io by enabling them to effortlessly
obtain information on the vitals of the sales team with a few spoken words.
Crucially, Witlingo's partnership with Ring.io will enable Witlingo to deliver one of the very first B2B
skills in the market today. The more than 5,000 skills deployed today on the Alexa store are almost
exclusively focused on B2C use cases, added Ahmed Bouzid. The skill we are building with Ring.io
opens up a whole new world where Alexa now moves from the home, its original habitat, and into the
brave new world of the business office. We hope that by bringing Alexa to the office in partnership with
