SUBJECT LEARNING OUTCOMES


Explain the key concepts and functions of human resource management (HRM) that
contribute to the effectiveness of an organisation.
Apply relevant HRM principles, processes and theories in selecting, developing and
motivating employees to support the delivery of quality outcomes.
Appraise diverse human resource policies, practices and activities that are embraced
by domestic and international organisations to deliver their workforce plans.
Explain the strategies and practices which are vital to build employment competencies
for self and others in line with organisational, economic, technological, legislation,
social and cultural requirements.
