CONCLUSION

A clear political decision on NPP is important-regulatory body

need more trained human resources, adequate financial,
independent, effective and competent.
Development of regulatory procedures and guidelines for the
site evaluation, licensing process and inspection programme
is important to perform effective regulatory reviews and
inspection in an efficient and timely manner at the beginning
stage of NPP development- possible areas of cooperation and
partnership among the Regulatory Authority of newcomers &
advance NPP countries need to be identified and
strengthened .
