ScopeofWork(SoW)

1.0 PURPOSE

InordertoacceleratetheprocurementprocessonthePlazaprojectAMMhaselectedtoestablish
andprocureaseparateAdvanceWorksPackage(AWP)forEarthworksandFoundations.

2.0 SCOPE

TheAWPbroadlycomprisesthesiteestablishment,siteclearance,earthworksandraftfoundation
constructionforthemainstructures.Theentiresiteareaisapproximately4,300mandthe
foundationsoveranareaofapproximately1,500m.

1. Establishsiteproprietaryhoardingandaccessgates.
2. Groundimprovementthroughvibroorgeomembrane(maybebyothers)Referto
ProvisionalSuminBOQ.
3. Excavationforfoundations.
4. Compactionwithandincludingselectedorimportedgradedmaterialtoundersideof
foundationblinding.
5. Concreteblinding.
6. Waterproofingtoblindingbituthenemembraneorsimilar.
7. Reinforcementtofoundation.
8. Shutteringforfoundationandcolumnupstands.
9. Installcolumnbolts/baseplatesincoordinationwithsteelworkcontractor(suppliedby
others).
10. Installanycastinitems.
11. Concretetofoundations.
12. Waterproofingtofoundationandbackfilltostatedlevel.
13. Partialremovalofinsituconcretecopingonmarinaquaywallbywiresawornonexplosive
demolition.
14. Demolitionand/oralterationsofexistingstructuresuptoLimitofWorksShakespeare
terrace,Boulevardramp,parkingbays,etc.
15. AttendancebytendererforthediversionorrelocationworkbyEmployerofexisting
undergroundorabovegroundservices.
