Personal Interview Question - tip
Some tips to answer the question, why do you want to leave your present job?
- Be to the point - too many words may mean that you are trying to cover up the situtation
- Don't criticise the last employer.
- Discuss about the new opportunities you are seeking
- Don't talk about salary and comfort
- Don't lie about the jobs cuts (if that is the reason of your switch) but use the right words.

Personal Interview Questions.
Some questions I have faced at personal interviews:
1. Describe your standards of success?
2. If we hired you for this position, how would you set your goals for first 50 days?
3. Being the manager how would you ensure that the work atmosphere for your team is
congenial?
4.What is your way of dealing with stress?
5. How would you ensure that your team meets the deadlines?

Things you should not say at an HR interview.
We often pay attention to what answers to give at an interview but we forget what not to say at
an interview. Here are certain things which you should not say at an interview:
1. What is your company's business? or What do you do?
2. Use of slang words - its a formal discussion
3. How much salary do you offer?
4. Criticizing your previous employer
5. What benefits do your offer? - work from home facility/ flexi-timings/ paid vaccations etc.
