Cultural manager is to grow a corporate culture that foster a fast learning
and continuously improving organization that will enhance the
competitiveness and profit in domestic or foreign countries. (Barret Values
Centre 2012). According to case study Taiwan is the place targeted by
researcher to do the research on activities and programmes by cultural
manager.
Taiwan is an Asian country which is located nearby the Republic Of China.
Taiwan has population of over 23 million people from various religions and
various geographic places. Their lifestyles are not same and they have
various techniques in developing business. A cultural manager should
form a team of fresh graduates to do a research and find oppurtunities.
There should have some problem in every country that havent discovered
or cannot solve by local business corporate. Cultural Manager should have
the intelligence to find the problems and find oppurtunities from the
problem faced by people.
To create a new market in a new place a cultural manager should have to
done researches on the targeted place based on their products going to
sell and age of people targeted. Eventhough Taiwan have various types of
religions but they are strongly influenced by the Buddhist cultural. So
Cultural Manager have to produce products and services that can be easily
can adapt in Taiwaneese lifestyle. The research should be based on social
background, political background and economical background of Taiwan.
From social background they have find the current trending among
Taiwaneese. If they find the current trending based on social factors they
had to compare with worlds current trending to make it much more
complex to apply to create a new product. Political background gives the
effects between the company and the state government. Any of business
ideas and marketing purpose should be not against the rule of federal law.
As Taiwaneese strongly have Buddhism ideology, so the products must be
friendly in each and every view from Buddhism aspect.
Cultural Manager can have a cultural intergration programme between the
local staffs and the staffs from their origin country. These may lead to

share the business ethic, techniques in marketing, ways of communication


between corporate and customer and more effective factors to run a
business between the two groups. Cultural Manager can have programme
to strengthen the bond between local staffs and staffs from their origin
country. Opening a free market without a cultural border will be benefial
for both of them. In the open market they can able to marketing the
products from local country. It clears that Malaysian researchers who
works under Cultural Manager, can study the needs of Malaysian products
for Taiwaneese according to this programme.There also an oppurtunity for
the researchers to learn, sustaining quality work which requires that
producers and consumers both understand the standards to which quality
products conform and agree on how a particular item meets or doesnt
meet the standards and perception required.
In addition, Cultural Manager can have historical classes which are the
most important programme to give a base for the staffs or the research
team to learn the background of business and marketting in Taiwan and to
find oppurtunities. History can teach about the foundation in business and
marketing in Taiwan from the starting which means from the ancient time.
It will be easier for them to study and intergrate with culture over there. It
is really one of the adapting system for the younger employees. The target
of these kind of programs is to realize a corresponding working lifestyle of
the employees which are from different country. At the end of this
programme the researchers will find the quality of work need to apply ,
management skills for the new people in working area and will create the
healthy business competitions.

for one week course programme. The employees have to learn and adapt
to the new cultural as fast as they can in one week. They have to be
