July 2014, This Works initiated clinical trials, to determine the efficacy and potency of
its, sleep plus pillow spray

Created as an alternative to the best-selling original deep sleep pillow spray, sleep plus was
developed in response to users who reported falling asleep after using the remedy but then
found they woke-up during the night to re-spray.

The blind, placebo-controlled study was tested on 200 subjects with an age range of 18+ all
of who had suffered from sleep-related issues and 100 of whom had used prescription
medication in the past. Self-perception questionnaires were used to evaluate the products
and the results were recorded.

The aim of the study was to prove that sleep plus offers immediate and sustained relief for
those suffering from sleep-related problems. By encouraging the body to unwind and
promoting a state of deep relaxation it helps reintroduce normal sleep patterns, while the
advanced technology enables users to stay asleep for longer.

Results

Why use sleep plus?
89% of ex-sleep prescription medication users would use sleep plus in place of sleep
medications
100% of users would recommend sleep plus to a friend

Sleep quality
89% of users woke less often in the night
89% of users felt they had deeper night's sleep
94% of users felt they had less disturbed sleep
100% of users felt less restless during the night

Daytime wakefulness
97% of users felt more relaxed in the morning
97% of users felt more awake in the day (after using sleep plus)
87% of users felt less tired in the morning

Data comparisons also show that for each age group tested (18-30, 31-45, 46-55 and 56+)
sleep plus had significant impact versus the placebo, a synthetic Lavender fragrance. In both
categories the spray performed outstandingly:

Group 11: disjointed sleepers with a history of prescription medication
100% of 18-30 users found it aided relaxation
100% of 46-55 users woke less often in the night
100% in three age groups reported less disturbed sleep

1 Group 1: In a study of 100 ex-prescription users.

95% of 31-45 users would prefer to use sleep plus than prescription medication

Group 22: disjointed sleepers with no history of prescription medication
97% of 46-55 users felt they had a deeper nights sleep
100% of 56+ users woke less often during the night
100% of 56+ users remained asleep for longer

Conclusion
As the test results show both groups comprising of all age ranges were overwhelmingly in
favour of sleep plus, even those with a history of medication for sleep-related issues.

To further support the outstanding product performance claims as recorded in the clinical
trials an independent study was commissioned involving 10 perfumers who rated the
fragrance of the original deep sleep pillow spray vs the new sleep plus, over a period of 8
hours. When the test was completed the study concluded that the fragrance level of sleep
plus was sustained for up to 8 hours.

Using intelligent Microencapsulation technology and a higher concentration of the sleep
blend itself, sleep plus helps restore normal sleep patterns.

A naturally effective solution to a very modern problem, sleep plus offers a remedy for
transitory sleeplessness and is a genuinely viable alternative to prescription medication. It
has also been shown to improve levels of wakefulness and reduce feelings of tiredness the
following day. With the added benefit of increasing a sense of relaxation. It is clear that
sleep plus has the potential to improve sleep and wellbeing, making a real and positive
difference to millions of peoples lives every day.
