This matter c a m e to b e heard upon the Oral M o t i o n to Modify the Civil Stalking
Protection Order filed by Respondent on December 2 9 , 2 0 1 6 . The Court finds said motion well
taken.
The restrictions and limitations imposed on Nathaniel Livingston, Jr. by way of this
Court's order dated December 2 8 , 2 0 1 6 , relating to Petitioner's E x Parte request for a Civil '
Stalking Protection Order are amended to the following extent', Mr. Livingston is allowed to be
within five (5) M s . R e b e c c a West-Estell while in the courtroom of Judge Joshua Lanzinger
and/or Judge Robert Christiansen for any public proceeding provided that the referenced judges
allow Mr. Livingston to b e present. Stated otherwise, this Court in no way seeks to limit either
of the two noted judge's authority to maintain their courtrooms iconsistent with Ohio law and
their authorized discretion.
It is therefore O R D E R E D , A D J U D G E D and D E C R E E D that Respondent's Oral Motion
to Modify is found well taken and G R A N T E D .
