Handpicked by the Chief Product Officer to move from product engineering as the inaugural VP of
Technical Product Management. Served as the catalyst for assembling Dimension Datas global
cloud portfolio to address significant market gaps and improve our ranking within the Gartners top
15 cloud providers.

Kick-started cloud sales by launching our next generation cloud architecture along with a new
private cloud solution, adding major new clients and millions of dollars in revenue. Collaborated
with executive leaders, marketing, product engineering, project management, finance, solutions

Established the vision and strategy for the cloud technology portfolio, creating a full suite of

Designed and built the expense management platform for Enterprise Mobility-as-a-Service (EMaaS), a
mobile device management offering that preceded the competition by two years. Used JIRA to collaborate
between teams based in the U.S. and Australia.

Held bottom-line accountability and controlled project management and end-to-end design,
development and deployment of strategic initiatives such as EMaaS leading to the successful
integration of xigos NexTEM platform integration into Dimension Data.

Increased customer base by redesigning our ordering tool, allowing us to deliver the same snappy
user experience to users in Australia and Israel enjoyed by users in the U.S.

Protected our business from regulatory challenge by driving compliance with privacy and data
sovereignty regulations worldwide and passing security and privacy reviews.

2006 to 2012

Completely refreshed the systems design and the technology base of xigos SaaS expense management
platform by driving the use of standards-based tools, technologies and development disciplines. Xigos
NexTEM platform analyzes over U.S. $5 billion of telecommunications and energy expense data for
companies worldwide, in turn helping them save millions of dollars on the third largest expense item on
their balance sheets.

Promoted from Senior Product Designer to Director to lead the company into mobility.

Integrated and led a remote product development team following the acquisition of a small
technology firm in western Michigan. With this team, we built a new mobile asset business, helping
to double the firms revenues and profitability.

Developed and institutionalized a lean operating model using Agile design and development, an
initiative that led to lowered bug rates and the shrinking of feature development and release times
from weeks to hours.

Instituted a clean code engineering ethic, reducing duplication, shrinking the code base and
driving down error rates all while improving scalability, security and system stability.

Implemented a continuous learning culture to mentor our product engineers in best practices and
improve their core competencies, including language expertise and mastery of best patterns and
