Ingrediente:
Aluat
- faina 700 g
- drojdie 40 g
- oua 3 buc
- zahar 100 g
- ulei 50 ml
- lapte 200 ml
- sare
- coaja de lamaie
- vanilie
- 1 plic umplutura de alune
- 8 lg lapte
- 2 lg cacao
Sirop
- apa, miere ,
- zahar,razatura de lamaie

Preparare:
ETAPA 1:Se cerne faina ,se adauga sarea ,ouale si drojdia dizolvata cu zaharul.Se adauga si laptele caldut si se framanta un aluat
cat mai elastic.La sfarsit se pune uleiul si se framanta pana ce se desprinde de pe vas.Se lasa la crescut pana ce isi dubleaza
volumul.
ETAPA 2:Se intinde o foaie dreptunghiulara se aseaza umplutura de alune amestecata cu lapte si cacao.Se ruleaza si se taie in
bucati late de 3 cm dupa care se ung cu ou batut.Se aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coc la foc potrivit..
Se insiropeaza imediat ce au fost scoase din cuptor.
