2. INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to the article. 7.4 of the R.D. 1627 / 1997 of 24 October, is establishing
"minimum requirements for safety and health in construction", hereby proceeds to
the specification of the procedure of Assembly of structure, exposed in the safety
and Health Plan, which was written by STE MECTUBE, SARL for the work
"construction of Industrial building Noor II-III ", Warehouse in Ouarzazate,
Morocco".
In addition, and in accordance with paragraph 2 of that article of the Royal Decree
1627 / 1997, at the end of the present document is included the express approval
by the coordination of safety and health in the work phase.

3. BACKGROUND
Being finalized for foundation excavations, scheduled the start of placement the
metal structure.
The collection of the material will be in the vicinity of where are ultimately placed
eliminating the risk posed by the transport thereof within the area.

4. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
For the placement of the beams have been provided the following equipment:
- Material supply kit, composed of truck-mounted crane, made by the company
"CTE LOCATION of MACHINES" whose operator has specific information for jobs and
training will be performed.
-The supply of belts will be for the carrier belonging to the company "AFYTRANS"
and whose documentation is already available. The rest of the material for the steel
structure will be provided by "AFYTRANS." Contracted by "STE MECTUBE, SARL"

-Ground gang, composed of workers belonging to the company "STE MECTUBE,

SARL", featuring training and adequate information to perform such work.
4.1 INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIONS
-Helmet of blue (while retaining the uniformity of the work).
-Safety footwear
-Protective gloves
-Harness anti-dropping with lanyard (rope) equipped with quick coupler carabiners.
-High visibility clothing (yellow jacket)
-Safety glasses
4.2 COLLECTIVE PROTECTIONS
-The work will be carried out from mobile lift platform people, and subjects at all
times with safety harness. Only with staff enabled to do so.
-The Assembly sequence will be as follows:
1. Facade structure, modules, is won't be to the next module without is finished
the above, keeping this sequence during all Assembly.
2. Works are composed of Assembly of metallic pillars, capes and auxiliary
structure (belts and beams loading).

5. INITIAL PREVENTIVE STEPS

-During the first two weeks of action expected the confluence of work "STE
MECTUBE, SARL" and "SURETRAM". All the areas of activity shall be defined with
orange mesh.
-Will be provided home information all workers of the work.
-Use by everyone in EPIS.
-The area will narrow of collection using mesh Orange signage as well as the
working area.
-Will remain the Tagus as clean and tidy as possible.

6. WORKING PROCEDURE
During the execution of the works will be present at all times Abdelghani Serroukh
Ombani, charged with belonging to the company "STE MECTUBE SARL" work and
Fouad Lazrak all them with training in risk prevention commensurate with the work
they are going to play to cope with security.
The procedure of work done by "STE MECTUBE SARL" is attached at the point 9 of
this document.

6.1 TRAINING AND INFORMATION OF WORKERS

All operators involved in one way or another in the work subject to this instruction
must have a copy of this document, as well as parts of the safety and Health Plan
related above.
This instruction will be explained before the works therein described.

7. PREVENTION OF RISKS
7.1. SPECIFIC RISKS AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES.
The identification and assessment of occupational risks resulting from this
procedure detects the following inevitable factors, all of them relevant in terms of
possibility and severity:
-Abuses during the transport of material.
-Fall of cargo suspended due to failure of the mooring system.
-Fall or sudden movements of the suspended loads, by destabilization of camionpluma on the ground or mechanical failure of its elements
-Fallen height of gang operators.

Following both collective and personal security measures are planned for the earlier
risk prevention:
-Monitoring of the ban kept under suspended loads.
-Monitoring of the ban on lead or touching any load attached directly with tips (use
ropes tied to the ends of the load).
-Monitoring of the ban to remain in the range of internal transport machinery.
-Prior preparation with the used vials levelling equipment.
-Use of reflective vest by the staff.
-Use proper tie-down systems, slings and cables certified for the lifting load
capacity.
-Checking the status of the clamping system: possible breakage of wires, frayed
wires, hoard that could undermine the real capacity of the same.
-Check status of lifting, prior to the elevation of each load.
-Ensure that angles of shooting in the Assembly of the piece are not lower than
60
-In any case you should check in the following table, as the payload for the angle
formed, it is superior to the real. (Is must multiply the burden each branch by the
coefficient corresponding to the angle).

-Previous preparation of the ground in support of the truck-mounted crane and

lifting platforms.
-Surveillance of which the permanent equipping of operators include safety harness
with all its elements in good condition.
-Use of approved platforms.

8 SPECIFICATIONS
For this addendum is in use the specification of conditions of health and Safety Plan
approved for the execution of the works of this work.
Also the following specific regulatory compliance will be mandatory:
-RD 485 signaling of safety and health at work.
-On July 30, the land transport management Act 16/1987.
-RD 1211/90 of 28 September
-RD 486/97 of minimum requirements for safety and health at the workplace.
-Ley 54/03 risk prevention
-R.D 171/2004 of 30 January, which develops article 24 of law 31/1995 of 8
November on prevention of occupational risks in the field of coordination of
business activities
-RD 2177 / 2004, 12 November, amending RD 1215 / 1997 of 18 July, establishing
the minimum requirements for safety and health for the use by workers of the
teams, in the field of temporary work at height.

9. MOUNTING PROCEDURE
9.1. METAL STRUCTURE
The Assembly of the steel structure will include the placement of the following
elements:
a.- The metals pillars
b.- Rafters
c.- Auxiliary structures: deck belts, webbing liner, beams landings metal doors,
tensors of bracing.
Mounting procedure starts with the discharge of the material in the areas of
collection, which will be located at foot of work, so should not be transporting
material for the work, but that material is next to its position in the Assembly.

For the discharge of the material held by crane, with sufficient capacity for the
loads to maneuver. The material will be placed in a way that is not dull efforts in
the zone designated for this purpose.
The mounting of the pillars crane for the hoisting of the parts, and articulated
platform, will be used to disengage the slings of the pillar.
The rafters, to be screwed in Summit, should be placed in its position within the
work and tied, by placing them the specific hardware for each type and the
corresponding torque according to project specifications. So once they are formed
on the ground, they placed into position, by lifting with a crane, guiding the load
with a rope of retention, in order to avoid that parts collide with the pillars placed
previously.
Rafter gets in the head of the pillars by operators, which will be operating with a
platform articulated 16m, placed on the inside or from the outside of the ship, so
that the operation is made entire from machine. Slip the structure by means of the
specific hardware.
Then before lifting another Rafter, placed several (3) units of cover straps (pillar
head-head-head pillar) in such a way that porch go complying as a set, and
solidarity with the wall pinion or gable that would be the first portico at Mount. In
this way will avoid crashes and structure during Assembly to function as a set.
This process is repeated with the rest of porches, operating in the same way.

9.2 BELTS
For mounting the cover straps be used two platforms, either two articulated or a
pair of scissors and one articulated. The Assembly will take place by placing each of
the machines in the interior of the ship in one of the rafters, in such a way that gets
the belt in its corresponding ejion and screwed. This way screwed by straps will be
placing fixation elements willing to do so to the Rafter.
Agreed, that for deck belts mount as described above, the operator can not leave
the platform basket.
Similarly, for backing structure belts mounted one by one, attaching to locking
elements, arranged in the pillars.

Beams landing doors are installed attached to braces that come on the pillars,
through screwing. For the placement of these profiles will be used forklift crane and
platform articulated.
The mounting of the tensors of bracing in roof and facade, articulated platform will
be utilized. Operator shall fix one end to fixing element arranged in Rafter or on the
pillars, extending the wire to the other end, where anchor to another fixing
element, then tighten the tensioner to tighten the cable to make it work perfectly.

Note: At the beginning of the work, work zones will be clean of material from a
foundation or other actions carried out before or in conjunction with our Assembly
work, in order to avoid interference and unnecessary loss of time. Crane and
platforms must have free access to the areas of action and a horizontal space and
firm to work in the positions shown, with guarantees.

CONCLUSION END
With all of the above, a more detailed view of the mounting procedure has given so
much to the metal structure, being able to check the operations to perform, are
made always keeping in mind, the safety at work. Without being exposed to risks
and/or imminent dangers of any kind.
The procedure that has been described, is that has been studied, from the technical
point of view, for making economic offering. So a substantial change in the
realization of work, economically impacting the cost of the assembly would be a
case study
