Tubular Inc. is now


officially open for one
year. In the first year
we already have eight
subdivisions. We
open subdivisions
such as Store,
Restaurant and
Factory. At the end of
the year the most
subdivisions we
opened is Stores. But
the most profitable is
now a restaurant.

In this year we expand our company to Africa


and Europe. Most of our subdivision we
opened is in Africa. We tried to open a Spices
factories but it failed because of the price of
supply. Its our fault because we didnt do
enough research before open a factory. That is
our biggest loss since the company is
established.

This graph shows us how our company grow in


each quarter of the year. In this year Q3 and Q4
we open factory and buying supplies for
restaurant so our cash is less than Q1 and Q2.
From Q1 to Q2 our assets grow very much but it
starts to be stable around Q2 to Q4. In Q1 and
Q2 we didnt open any subdivisions that need
much cost. We only open a stores and expand
our company to Africa.

This graph shows us about Revenue Expense and


Profit at the end of each quarter in this year. In each
quarter we earn more revenue each quarter in this
year. Its because we open new subdivisions every
quarter. In Q3 we have more revenues from
restaurant that we make a change in the
subdivisions. The makes us makes much of profit in
Q4. In Q1 and Q3 we have a bit loss because of
spending in buying new supplies and open new
subdivisions.

This is our first stores and


subdivisions ever we have
in Tubular Inc. The Graph
on the left shows you how
was the store is growing in
the year. In this stores we
mostly sell foodstuff but also
sell other things too.

At the End of Q4 we got less profit because some


of suppliers that they sell supply to us they stop
selling those supply so we not yet find those
supply with good price and quantity.

This is our first stores we expand and open
out side USA. We choose to open this stores
in Nigeria because the Tax in Nigeria are low.
We mostly sell foodstuff in this store but also
sell other things too. In this store we got a
profit only about $8,000 - $10,000 in Q3 and
Q4

This is the second store which we open in USA.


We decided to open another store in USA
because the first store we open in L.A. is very
profitable. After we open this store for a while the
store is not profitable as we hope it to be. But we
still got a profit from this store. We hope to get a
profit about $100,000 per week but we only got
around $15,000 - $50,000. It still a profit so we
will keep running this store in the future.

This shop is the store that


mostly sells jewelries. We
also sell watches and
some of foodstuff too. This
is the second stores we
open in Nigeria. Most of
the profit from this store
comes from jewelries and
watches. In Kanuda we
can sell jewelries at higher
price than other cities in
Nigeria and it gives us a lot
of profit. At first when we
do research we expect to
get more profit than we
should get it right now.

This is the store we


planned to open because
of the first store we open in
L.A. makes us a lot of
profit. So we decided to
open the second stores in
L.A.. As we see in the
graph on the right hand the
profit of this store is not
what we expect to have.
We started to open this
store in the third quarter.

We will improve our store next year to reach our


expectation we have at the time we open this store.

This is the latest stores we open right now. It also a
first subdivision that we expand to Europe. Its our first
experiences of working in Europe. So we need more
time next year to do research, make change in our
stores and new subdivisions we will open in the future.
We have to find more things to sell in our shop more
so we can get more profit in the future. We started to
open this shop at the end of Q3. We have more profit
in Q4 and we hope to have more next year.

Canned Olives Factory


This is the second
factory we open.
The first one we
open we already
closed the
enterprise. We only
have 20 machines
at this time. We
have a plan to
produce a canned
olives and sale in
our own shop. We
decided to sale to
other customers
first to make a
profit.

We didnt start to produce


anything yet because at the time
that we open this factories are
already at the end of Q4. We
have to see in the next year that
how much profit we will get. If
the profit increase to the point
that we okay with it we will
increase more machines and
increase a size of factory. If its
possible next year we want to
earn a profit about $500,000 per
week.

Company Plan
In the next year we need to do a heavy research for
our company. We need to gain more profit than this
year. Next year we plan to open more restaurants
and maybe we will open more factories. If we have a
good profit of producing Canned Olives we might
increase our factory size instead of open new
factories or open less. For stores we might not open
more this year yet but we will improve the stores we
have to be better than this year and tries to reach our
target we want first. Next year we hope to get profit
about $500,000 per week.
