JOHNNY AND FRIENDS LIMITED

Summary: Johnny and friends limited is an international with
2 offices in 2 different countries. Johnny and friends limited
headquarter is at Lithuania and Mexico. We are working on our
food store, our pancake house and many more. We are also
planning to expand our company to the Europeans area. We are
doing very fine , only few business are not getting profit but we
are trying to make it work because Johnny and Friends limited
never give up. As we are going along the way we had opened and
closed some of our division in order to maintain our company as
its finest. So every decision we made were thought carefully and
hope that they worked properly as we have planned at first and
we also increased the size of our company headquarter also in
order to support more workers and support the amount of work
we received as we increased the size of our company.

My Assets Value
As we can see above from the chart. It is shown that more than 90 percent
of our company asset value is cash and the rest are composed of minor
components such as building, supply in stock and trademark. From the chart
we can make a decision that we can surely invest some more on more
divisions and maybe we could expand more headquarter in other countries
too.

This chart show how much we make in the 4nd quarter. Our company
financial status are incredibly high. We can improve our management on our
cash because it is too much compared to the total amount of asset we
have.The decision we are currently thinking are expanding more offices in
the European side and maybe we can expand toward the Asian countries
also. If we can manage to expand to these countries we could lower the
ratio of cash we have to. The total amount of asset we have.



3 MOST PROFITABLE SUBDIVISON

Wuz good pancake house ($145000) The

pancake house has the highest profit because of the high
quality ingredients we used to make our foods we serve.
We are planning to open more pancake house soon. The
pancake house is located in Mexico. Later we might
expand this division to the surrounding city.

Howedes Lithuania ($99020) is located in Kaunsas

Lithuania, its the 2nd on the our company list because it is
the city that has the highest population number and its
inside the city center. With more advertisement also
increase the profit. Beneficial to our company.

Grocery247 ($52457) The grocery stores came on the

3rd with an average profit, with high competition in Mexico
makes it hard to compete. In this store we only offer a
certain type of products. So it create uniqueness compared
to the other grocery store that offers ton of different
products. So it can be hard work to take care of.


OUR INCOME STATEMENT
As the data says the Wuzgood Pancake have the most income in our
subdivision so we are planning to open more pancake store soon. In the
near by cities. Not far from the first place is the Howedes Lithuania has the
second revenue. And the third is Grocery247 has the third highest revenue in
our company division.

IF WE CAN MANAGE TO MAKE MORE PROFITS ON THESE DIVISIONS
AND ALSO ON THE REST OF THE OF THE DIVISIONS IT WILL
SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED OUR COMPANY OVERALL INCOME AND
ALSO THE PROFIT THAT WE ARE MAKING.

As you can see the revenue of the company have a big drop from
4300000$ to around 1200000$ due to the lack of management skills and
more new restaurant have been open which failed. We are trying to bring
our revenue back to the place where its supposed to be overall profit.

COMPANY FAILED TO OPEN A FEW BUSINESS WHICH CAUSE

US TO CLOSE THE ENTERPRISE OF THE ONE THAT FAILS. WE
ARE TRYING TO BRING ON NEW STORE TO BRING BACK THE
PROFIT.
