UNIRACK
UNIRACK system is designed for the storage of light goods in both standard and two tiers shelving
configurations.
UNIRACK system is fully adjustable, extremely versatile and adaptable, allowing reconfiguration
with the utmost of ease. From shelving to bins, hanging garment and tyre racking, up to two-tier
installations.
UNIRACK carries the German TV-GS approval mark. The product meets the requirements of the
Equipment Safety Law.
This extremely versatile system enables the inclusion of separators, modular containers and alike,
able to solve all problems related to the storage of loose accessories generally. Projects, even of
substantial dimensions, can be swiftly and easily designed and assembled due to the modular
nature of the system and the simplicity of its assembly.

Finish
UNIRACK comes in a bright zinc plated finish. The product is made from certified, prime quality,
zinc coated, high tensile steel, certified according to EN 10204 3.1B, ensuring superb performance
and a high level of durability.

The basic components

FRAMES

The frames are composed of 2 uprights and a number of

diagonals. The frames are bolted. The uprights can be produced
in lengths of up to 8m in galvanized finish.

FRAME BRACING
The bracing comprises two horizontal profiles and a number of
diagonals, bolted between the uprights to provide structural
support of the uprights and to ensure stability of the rack in the
depth direction.

BEAM S1
The beam S1 is of type H47. It is fitted perpendicular to the
frames by tapping it down onto the tongues, close to the
upright, with plastic-faced hammer to avoid damage to the
beam.

SHELF PANEL H 12
Shelves of profile 12 mm, 450-600-900 mm wide, are produced
in depths varying from 320 to 700 mm.
