INSTRUCTIONS:
1. An annual evaluation of all Non-Teaching Administrative Staff must be completed by the
Head of Department on or before December 23, 2016 and submitted to the Dean by January
6, 2017.
2. The Head of the Department/Supervisor should review the employees performance criteria in
Section II and rate each item using the rating scale given in Section I.
3. The Head of the Department/Supervisor should complete this section to define
accomplishments by the employee in the current performance period.
4. Section V Any comment that the Head of the Department/Supervisor considered necessary
should be placed in this section.
5. Section VI Any comments that the Employee considered necessary should be placed in this
section.
6. Section VII Overall rating by the Head of the Department/Supervisor should be placed in
this section.
7. The Head of the Department/Supervisor should review the performance with the employee,
and sign the evaluation form.
8. A copy of the completed evaluation should be filed with the respective Dean of the
faculty/Head of respective administrative Division for onward transmission to HR
Department and the Rector.
a. The following Administrative Officers Performance Criteria are factors that have
been determined to be a necessary part of the skill makeup of all Administrative
Officers at The University of Lahore and its sub-campuses.
b. The Administrative Officer and Head of Departments/Supervisor are to review the
performance factors listed in this section and determine how successfully the
Administrative Officer has used these skills in accomplishing the goals and
objectives set by the conditions of the appointment and the duties assigned by the
Head of the Department/supervisor in assisting the department in moving forward
towards the accomplishment of the University, Faculty, and Department missions.
