The Business Organization

JAST Dance Studio is a kind of business organization that falls
under partnership. Partnership is a mere agreement between two or
more person who pool money, skills, and other resources, and share
profits and loss in accordance with terms of the partnership
agreement to carry on a trade or business. The proponents decided to

57

choose partnership over corporation because it has the advantage of

being less expensive and easier to manage and organize. Partnership
also depicts not being fully separated from the owners whereby the
proponents can fluidly move assets over their control of the business.

A Gantt chart is a horizontal bar chart with a series of activities

which shows the amount of work done or production completed in a
certain period of time. It is a management tool for planning and
scheduling that makes it easy to visualize project timelines through
transforming task names, start dates, durations and end dates into a
horizontal flow bar chart. The origin of Gantt chart was in early 20th
century and its named after an American management consultant,
Henry L. Gantt (1861 1919). (Google.com, 2016)
The following figure shows the tasks that should be done based on
the time frame. Each task is represented by an arrow; pointing from
the start date, duration and end date of the task. This would be the
proposed project scheduled work over a period and projected
operations of the dance studio.
