Eating the Right Stuff
Most fast food is not healthy and can make you fat. If (se) you eat at a fast food place, dont
order only sandwiches and French fries. Include a salad or some frozen yogurt. Watch how much soda you drink.
Its full of sugar and has no calcium or vitamins. How about (que tal) some milk or fruit juice ? Your
body needs many kinds of food to help you stay healthy and feel well. Thats why its a good idea to have several
servings a day from each of the main food groups.

Text 1

The Eco

Father and son walking by a mountain. Suddenly the boy falls down and cries, "Aaaaaaiii!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating itself, somewhere in the mountain: "Aaaaaaiii!".
Curious, he asks "who are you?" And receives an answer "who are you?" Annoyed, screams, "Coward!"
and the answer is "coward".
Then looks to his father and asks, afflicted: "What is that?"
The father smiles and says "Son, pay attention." And yells toward the mountain: "I admire you!" And
voice answers: "I admire you!". Again the man screams: "You are a champion!" the voice replied, "Are

The boy is surprised. Do not understand. The father explains:
