The above case is posted today for appearance of the

It is further submitted that the 2 nd respondent was suffering
with ear problem and the respondents 4 to 6 are held up at
Hyderabad for non availability of office leave.
The absence of the petitioners/R2 & R4 to R6 is neither willful
nor wanton.
Hence it is prayed that this Honble court be pleased to
condone the absence of the petitioners/ R2 & R4 to R6 and pass
such other appropriate orders as the Honble court deems fit and
proper in the interest of Justice.
