Cisco Cloudlock Quoting and Ordering

Quick Guide for Partners
1. Enter CLOUDLOCK-SUB SKU (or CLOUDLOCK-FED-SUB for Federal customers)
to create an estimate, quote, or order in Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
Cisco Cloudlock support and add-ons are available as options of this SKU.
Cisco Cloudlock is available in all countries except China, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, North
Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and UAE.
Software-as-a-service (SaaS) offers are not setup for B2B.
SaaS orders follow the Channel Booking Neutrality (CBN) flow for distributors and are not
eligible for DART (Distributor Deviation Authorization) process.

2. Do NOT use a flooring BID when ordering Cisco Cloudlock.

A flooring BID is a bill-to ID that is tied with a financial clearinghouse rather than a partner.
Flooring financing is not available for SaaS offers; SaaS orders require a BID directly
related to a partner.
Use Connect Dots to confirm that your BID is a non-flooring BID and contact the Customer
Data Team at customer-data@cisco.com if you need to create a non-flooring BID.

3. Provisioning.
Enter the end customers domain name, security lead name, email address and phone on
the Provisioning Details screen when completing the order (not the partner information).
A unique domain is required for each subscription.
Specify the subscription start date by entering the requested start date in the Terms and
Payments section when configuring the offer in CCW.

4. Terms, pricing, and billing details. (See example on next page)

Pricing will be determined according to number of SaaS applications selected, quantity
ordered, and term.
Per-month prices are shown for each SKU, though billing is prepaid for the term of the
subscription (1 or 3-years); unit prices are displayed as monthly amounts in CCW, but there
are no monthly or usage fees.

5. Technical support.
Basic Support is included in the subscription at $0.
Optional Gold support is available; pricing is calculated dynamically based on 15% of the
product cost, and must meet annual minimum requirement ($2,520).
Standard discount will not show if the system has uplifted the price to meet the minimum
purchase price requirement, in this case $2,520 for Gold Support.
