Dear Member or Former Member:

Because of reduced costs this year, we mailed no renewal notices and elected to forgo dues for 1999. As a former or current mem-
ber you know that we are a volunteer organization and dependent upon the dues paid by our members to sustain operations and our
mailings. There are important happenings on the horizon and we would like you to be a part of these happenings as well as be in-
formed about them. To this end, we are developing an OWC Web Site which will soon be operational. We are sending you this
newsletter because we feel it is important. We are hopeful you also feel it is important and will join or renew your membership in
the OWC for year 2000. If you paid your membership dues in 1999, your membership will be automatically extended to
December 31, 2000.

Association Presidents - Please share this information with your membership; either through your normal association meetings or
by reproducing and distributing copies to your members.

Please use the above form to renew your membership for year 2000.

And ..... join us at the OWC General Membership Meeting

Wednesday, September 29th at 7:45PM at the Clifton Community Center.
