Our team is currently looking to recruit the following persons for our Kolkata a

Consultant - Talent Acquisition
Incumbent must have prior experience of minimum 1-2 years of recruitment consult
ing.
The person will be responsible for client assignment delivery. This shall includ
e:
Understanding the mandate
Sourcing candidates from various portals, websites and our internal database
Head-hunting and mapping for senior mandates
Screening candidates through telephonic discussions
Meeting and appraising candidates on behalf of clients
Regular client interaction for forwarding profiles, interview coordination and f
ollow-up
Client Relationship management
Executive - Recruitment
Persons recruited in this role shall be required to act as back office and sourc
ing experts.
