THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), dated as of this 4th

corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, ("GLOBAL ATLANTIS

RECITALS
WHEREAS, GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICE is in the business of acting as a consultor between
students and flight training schools to place students in the schools.
WHEREAS, STUDENT seeks to enroll in a flight training school.
WHEREAS, GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICE has agreed to place STUDENT in a flight training
school in accordance with the Agreement set forth herein

N O W , T H E R E F O R E , in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein. the Parties
agree as follows:

ARTICLE I
COVENANTS

1. Responsibilities of GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICE.

(a) Place STUDENT in a flight training school;
(b) Provide STUDENT with any necessary information about the flight training school,
Including information about the courses;
(c) Assist In submitting application forms if applicable to the flight training school;
(d) Ensure the flight training school receives payment for all courses taken by STUDENT,
provided that STUDENT pays GLOBAI ATLANTIS SERVICE in a timely fashion in
accord with the terms of this Agreement;

(e) Ensure that the flight training school obtains all appropriate Visas for the STUDENT if
needed.

2. Term/Penalty. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Date of Execution and will
continue until STUDENT completes the course training program. In the event STUDENT
chooses he/she no longer wishes to complete the training program, S T U D E N T shall pay a

3. Price and Payment Terms. STUDENT shall pay an initial deposit of $8,354.25

There will be no penalty for early payments or payments for the course training program to
GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICES in full.

4. Indemnity. STUDENT shall indemnify and hold GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICES free and
harmless from any and all claims, damages. and expenses of every kind or nature whatsoever
arising out of the negligent acts of the flight training school provided that the damages were not
a result of GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICES own acts.










5. Training School Completion. STUDENT shall complete the training course within the
standard time frame provided by the program. In the event S T U D E N T falls to complete the
course within the time allotted due to his/her own fault, STUDENT shall be responsible for any
and all costs associated with completion of the program.

6. Subsequent Employment. Upon completion of the training program, GLOBAL ATLANTIS

SERVICES shall exert reasonable efforts to assist in securing employment for STUDENT in an
entry-level position in the respective field.
7. Unforeseen Events. STUDENT shall not consider GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICES in breach
of the Agreement for GLOBAL ATLANTIS SERVICE'S failure to place STUDENT with a flight
training school if such failure results from strike, freight embargo, Act of God, war, unusually
severe weather, or otherwise arisen out of causes beyond the control of GLOBAL ATLANTIS
SERVICES.

8. Student, For the purpose of this Agreement, where a S T U D E N T is under 18 years of age,
the term "STUDENT" is understood to Include the parent(s)/legal guardians of the STUDENT or
prospective STUDENT.
