WHO: Victims killed by Ebola More Than 4,000 People

Liputan6.com, Jakarta World Health Organization released the victims died from ebola until

October 7th. The UN special envoy for Ebola, David Nabarro said the number of cases this may
be doubled every three to four weeks. Therefore, it needs a rapid response. "Without a mass
mobilization of the world to support countries affected in West Africa, it was not possible to
eradicate the disease quickly. And the world must live with the Ebola virus forever," he said.
Separately, Deputy Secretary-General, Jan Eliasson, said the ebola virus requires quite a large
amount of resources in the financial, medical staff and equipment so he menyeruka all countries to
act quickly and generously. "Speed is of the essence. Donations no matter how small is very
meaningful," said Eliasson.
