2.TheNIACARBidsandAwardsCommittee(BAC)nowinvitesbidsfortheCanalization,CanalStructuresandPump
ofTubaCIPlocatedinSablan,Benguet.CompletionoftheWorksisrequiredwithin140calendardays.Bidders
shouldhavecompletedacontractsimilartotheProject.Thedescriptionofaneligiblebidderiscontainedinthe
BiddingDocuments,particularly,inInstructiontoBiddersandBidDataSheetClause5.

3.Biddingwillbeconductedthroughopencompetitivebiddingproceduresusingnondiscretionarypass/fail
criterionasspecifiedinthe2016RevisedImplementingRulesandRegulations(IRR)ofRepublicAct9184,otherwise

8.TheNationalIrrigationAdministrationreservestherighttorejectanyandallbids,declareafailureofbidding,or
notawardthecontractatanytimepriortocontractawardinaccordancewithSection41ofRA9184anditsIRR,
withouttherebyincurringanyliabilitytotheaffectedbidderorbidders.
