The Bonus Recap is one of the most valuable business building tools. It provides data to help YOU track your progress towards various
incentives, gives you information on all your FBOs activities that affects your earnings, and details how your case credits and bonus
payments are calculated. Your Bonus Recap Statement helps you identify areas that need improvement.

SECTION 1:
FOREVER BUSINESS OWNER (FBO)/ DISTRIBUTOR DETAILS

This section provides your generic details as registered in our system, which include:
(i) Processing period of the Bonus Recap Statement
(ii) 12 digit FBO ID#
(iii) Language in which the Bonus Recap Statement is printed in
(iv) Your sales level in the Marketing Plan at the beginning of the processing period
(v) Your contact and complete postal address
(vi) The country for which this Bonus Recap Statement is generated

It is of utmost importance that FBOs ensure the accuracy of their personal details with the company to avoid any inconvenience as most of these
details are used in various communications with the FBOs.

SECTION 2:
(a) Order/Invoice Column

(a) Order/Invoice Column: Every order placed by you and your downline group members are listed with specific details. This column is further
sub divided into following parts:

1. Order Date: The date on which the Invoice has


been generated.

2. FBO/Distributor ID# & Name: Details of the FBO


in whose name the invoice has been processed.

3. Area: This is a 1-2 digit numeric code which


indicates the FLP office where the invoice
is generated. This information is useful for
staff and official references, however for your
understanding below is the list of area codes
along with their locations (please refer to next
page for Area details)

4. Order Number: It is the Invoice Number which is generated by the Company once the order is successfully processed in our system.

5. Retail Value: This is the MRP/SRP of that particular Invoice. This is the amount on which the bonuses and profits are calculated and paid to you.

6. Bonus Percent: This corresponds to the percentage of bonus paid to you on that particular Order/Invoice.

SECTION 2:
(b) Case Credit (CC) Column

1. Personal CC: These are the case credits of orders placed on YOUR
personal ID.

2. New Distributor/Novus Customer CC: These are the case credits


of orders placed YOUR personally sponsored downline or his/her
downline until they become Assistant Supervisor.

3. Pass Thru CC: These are the case credits of orders placed by FBOs
which passes through an Inactive Manager in your downline. It is
important to understand that the pass through CC are NOT counted
as Non-Manager CCs but they are counted as Managers Total CCs.
YOU are eligible to earn Group/Volume Bonus on Pass Thru CCs if
you are active for that particular month.

4. Non-Manager CC: These are the case credits of orders placed by


YOUR downlines who are Novus Customers, Assistant Supervisors,
Supervisors or Assistant Managers. It means that any CCs generated under your downlines who have not yet reached to the level of Manager
(Recognized or Unrecognized) are calculated as your Non-Managers CCs. These CCs are part of your Chairmans Bonus Qualifications.

5. Leadership CC These are the case credits of orders placed by your Active Downline Managers and their Non-Manager Groups which are
calculated at 40%, 20% and 10% CCs of your 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation Managers respectively.

(c) Bonus Details

Bonuses are calculated on MRP of the products and there are various kinds of bonus paid to you which are classified as follows:
Note: From January, 2016 as per the New Policy Implementation, Only Wholesale Qualified FBOs are entitled to receive bonuses in the Marketing
Plan. You become a Wholesale Qualified FBO on completing your 2 case credits in your Personal ID within two consecutive months.

For better understanding, we have taken an example of Mr. Amar, a Senior Manager in the Marketing Plan, for various bonuses earned by him for
the month of May 2016
1. Personal Bonus: 5-18% of Personal bonus is paid on your personal purchases depending upon your level in the Marketing Plan.
eg: Amar receives 18% Personal Bonus for personal purchases made in his ID# on Retail Value of ` 3,220.00/- (Invoice # 1600991 dated 05/23) which
amounts to ` 579.60/-
2. Novus Customer Bonus: This is calculated on 5-18% on purchases of your personally sponsored Novus Customer and their downlines purchases.
eg: Amar receives 18% Novus Customer Bonus on purchases of Mr. Kapoor (Novus Customer) Retail Value ` 1,900.00/- (Invoice #107735 dated
05/19) which amounts to ` 342.00/-
3. Group Bonus/Volume Bonus: This is the 3-13% of Volume Bonus paid on completing Active Qualification when you are at Supervisor or above
level on purchases of your non-manager downlines.
eg: Amar receives 13% Group/Volume Bonus on purchases of Mr. Bachchan (Assistant Supervisor) Retail Value ` 3,220.00/- (Invoice # 500279 dated
05/05) which amounts to ` 418.60/-
4. Leadership Bonus (LB): This is the 6-2% LB paid on completing LB qualification after achieving Recognized Manager (RM) on purchases of
downline Active managers and FBOs under those downline managers.
eg: Mr. Ranjeet Nair (Assistant Supervisor) is a downline of Mr. Khan who is a 3rd generation Downline RM of Amar, therefore Amar receives 2% LB on
purchases of Retail Value Rs. ` 5,520.00/- (Invoice #1103591 dated 05/10) which amounts to ` 110.40/-

(d) Profit Column / (e) Total Earnings Column

(d) Profit Column: The profit details are classified as-


1. Paid Cycle: This shows when the Novus Customer Profits were calculated and paid to you.
There are basically 4 paid cycles which are as follows:
Paid Cycle 1 indicates that the Novus Customer Profit was calculated on the 10th of the
calendar month.
Paid Cycle 2 indicates that the Novus Customer Profit was calculated on the 20th of the
calendar month.
Paid Cycle 3 indicates that the Novus Customer profit was calculated on the last day of the
calendar month.
Paid Cycle 4 (or if the space is left blank) indicates that the Novus Customer Profit was
calculated during the month-end bonus run procedure.
India follows the paid cycle 4 as the profits are calculated along with the bonuses after the month end procedure. Accordingly, on Bonus
Recap Statement, the paid Cycle column is either mentioned 4 or the space is left blank.
2. Novus Customer Profit: The differential amount between Novus Customer Price and Wholesale Price, which is paid to the first Wholesale
Qualified upline on the purchases of a Novus Customer or FBO who is not Wholesale Qualified.
eg: Amar receives 18% Novus Customer Profit on purchases of Mr. Kapoor (Novus Customer) Retail Value ` 1,900.00/- (Invoice #107735 dated
05/19) which amounts to ` 286.00/-

3. Retail Profit: This is not applicable for India, as we do not sell the products directly to the retail customer.
(e) Total Earnings Column: The final column of section 2 reflects the line total which is addition of your bonus and profit earned by you for
each invoice.

of Case Credits
Total of all Bonuses - Personal, New Dist (Novus Customer), Group, Leadership
Total of - New Distributor Profit (Novus Customer Profit or NCP)

(g) Ending Level


This is the level you have achieved at the end of the month after considering all case credits of purchases of your and your downlines as per the
Marketing Plan.

1. The last section will help you with your Leadership Bonus (LB) Qualifications. It not only provides you with the Leadership CCs which you had
to complete for the current month but will also determine your next month LB Qualification requirements as well. It will list the following details
column wise as mentioned below:

First Generation Mgr This provides the name and ID# of your personally sponsored manager under whose sponsorship you
have a Leadership Qualified Manager
Downline Manager The gives the name of the downline Manager who is counted as your Leadership Qualified Manager
Case Credits The total case credits generated by your Leadership Qualified Manager
NUM GEN This specifies the number of generation down you have developed a Leadership Qualified Manager
ACT This states the Activity status of your Leadership Qualified Manager
REC Recognized or Unrecognized status of Leadership Qualified Manager is specified
I/T This will inform you if your Leadership Qualified Manager is Inherited or transferred Manager

2. Additionally, this section also provides the total number of Leadership Managers developed for that particular month.
3. After the details about Leadership Managers, in the next 2 statements the system gives summary in short, about the current month, qualification
and requirement for the next month.

You will start receiving the Bonus Recap PDF online from the following month along with a email notification (on your registered email address
against your FBO ID#) when your Bonus Recap Statement is available online.
