this indictment, in Dallas County, Texas, a county adjoining Tarrant County, Texas, did then and there vote in an
election in which Defendant knew she was not eligible to vote, to-wit: Defendant voted in the November 6, 2012
general election, when she knew she was not a United States citizen,
And further, that Defendant, on or about May 27, 2014, and before the presentment of this indictment, in Dallas
County, Texas, a county adjoining Tarrant County, Texas, did then and there vote in an election in which
Defendant knew she was not eligible to vote, to-wit: Defendant voted in the May 27,2014 primary runoff election,
when she knew she was not a United States citizen,
