Beginning Beekeeping Course

This six-week series presents introductory information on biology, behavior and management of
honey bee colonies, including pollination behavior and simple honey processing. Combination
of off-site PowerPoint lectures, supportive video, suggested URLs with additional information
and Question & other written and web-based sources. Dr. James E. Tew, Beekeeping Specialist,
Alabama Cooperative Extension System, will be the primary instructor.
