DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

INCLUDING FRANCHISE
This Deed of Sale Made by and between:

REYNALDO C. BEDUYA, of legal age, Filipino, married and

currently residing at Area C, Blk.14, Lot 12, Brgy. Calimag, GMA, Cavite, and
herein referred to as the VENDOR:

CLARK RAMON A. ORBE, of legal age, Filipino, married and

currently residing at Blk. 4, Lot 1, Sunshine Homes, Phase 1, Brgy. F. De
Castro, GMA, Cavite, and herein referred to as a VENDEE:

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful, absolute and registered

owner of a Motorcycle more particularly described as follows, including
Franchise MTFRB Case No. 3506651, with Route Brgy. F. De Castro, GMA,
Cavite;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR sold to the VENDEE the above

described motor vehicle and the latter has accepted the same as is.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises and the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (50000.00)
Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
VENDOR does hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of SALE unto the
VENDEE, its heirs, assigns and the latter does hereby accept, the above
described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their

hands on 19th day of November 2013 in GMA, Cavite, Philippines.

D04-97-109697 valid until Feb. 09, 2015 and CLARK RAMON A. ORBE, with
his Passport No. EB6529086, issued at the Philippine Embassy, Kuwait on
October 10, 2012, known to me and to me known as the same person who
executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged before me that the
same is free and voluntary act and deed.
