1. Complan
The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with
these terms and conditions or for this Contest or using the prize
for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or
damage even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was
reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been
contemplated by the Participant and the Promoter and whether
arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of
statutory duty or otherwise. Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate or suspend the contest or substitute a prize
(or any part of a prize) with or without any prior notice. For the
avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension or
substitution by Promoter of the Contest shall not entitle the
Participants to any claim or compensation against Promoter for
any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the
Participants as a direct or indirect result of the said act of
cancellation, termination or suspension or substitution.
Promoter does not take any responsibility for failures occurring
with the same. Promoter shall not be in any way held
responsible for any lost or delayed entries or any other manner
which may cause Participants to lose or delay his/ her chance to
participate in the Contest.
2. Horlicks
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications
including but not limited to asking for address and identity
details and to refuse to award promotional items or reject
claims and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and
disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds
to believe there has been a breach of these terms and
conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or
otherwise where the Promoter considers a participant has
gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The
Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will
be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in
relation this clause. The Promoter shall not be liable for any
failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations
although the promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such
failures.

manufacturers of its arch rival Milo - acted fast and gave its
product a strong push in the market. Before long, the trend of
the game changed and the two brands started slugging it out
for the number one position between each other. In view of this,
pundits have often argued that complacency on the part of
promoters of Bournvita made it possible for Milo to challenge its
leadership.
